  3. QATAR - Passport and visa required.  Single-entry visa $33; multiple-entry
  4. visa, valid 3-6 months for $60 fee or 12 months for $115 fee; transit visa
  5. $6.  Visas require No Objection Certificate from Qatar Ministry of
  6. Interior, 2 application forms, 2 photos and SASE for return of passport by
  7. mail.  Business visa must be obtained through sponsor in Qatar.  AIDS test
  8. required for work and student visas; U.S. test accepted if within 3 months
